The role of an Engineering Writer will include:-Utilizing Gulfstream engineering drawings, Acceptable Test Procedures (ATP), and vendor source data to create accurate and detailed maintenance procedures, including system theory of operation, fault isolation, and adjustment/test in support of Gulfstream programs
-Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in the troubleshooting/repair of avionics equipment
-Working knowledge of the latest aircraft communication/navigation systems
-Ability to produce aircraft maintenance procedures that are concise and written to the level of understanding of an A&P mechanic/technician (system theory of operation, descriptions of system components, creation of simplified/complex system block diagrams, fault isolation, component removal/installation, and adjustment/test procedures)
-Associate's degree in the field of engineering (preferred), or equivalent hands-on experience in the troubleshooting/repair of avionics equipment
