The program will give you an accelerated opportunity to learn our Finance organization, receive mentor support and have the chance to further develop your business acumen and leadership skills.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? CNH Industrial's Finance Talent Development Program (FTD) provides members with the unique opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills, strengthen business acumen, and develop their career in a global manufacturing company. Through 4 challenging assignments, mentoring from CNH Industrial management, and hands-on projects, FTD members will gain valuable skills required to support financial initiatives throughout the company.
FTD roles last 2 years with several specific rotations that allow you to build a foundation of strong technical skills along the way. Each rotation will last 6 months, including but not limited to Commercial Control, Industrial Control, Corporate Accounting, Product Development, and Financial Services. Within these rotations, you will gain a strong foundation of project management, financial analysis, accounting, and process improvement skills.
This program is an exciting opportunity to gain a foundation in critical core processes, have opportunities to work with senior management and enhance your understanding about the financial operations of CNH Industrial!
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
Support key tasks and projects within each Finance Department you are assigned to, including financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.
Support special projects including but not limited to pricing and programming, sales incentives, inventory management, purchasing, and product development.
Identify and implement process improvements
WHERE WILL YOU BE LOCATED? This position is located in Racine, WI, just 30 miles south of Milwaukee. Racine is a beautiful community on the shores of Lake Michigan, with a vibrant downtown and abundant outdoor activities, including boating, fishing and biking. Milwaukee, just a short drive from Racine, is well-known for its many restaurants, art museums, breweries, and historical buildings. Depending on your specific rotation, you may also travel to our Burr Ridge, IL location, located just outside of Chicago.
TRAVEL? Candidates may have an opportunity to travel to other CNH Industrial locations both within and outside of North America, to support projects that will impact people at those locations.
WHAT FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES WILL I HAVE? Following the two-year program, management will work with each employee to find a permanent position matching the employee's skills and the company's needs. Possibilities include Business Control, Financial Analysis & Planning, Accounting, Reporting & Consolidations, and Internal Audit.

The qualified candidate will have:
Graduating in Spring, 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid PC skills
Experience working on projects involving large amounts of data
Past exposure to frequently changing environments
Internship or other work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
Strong computer skills, preferably with Excel and Access

Takes initiative and is action-oriented
