A local Food Manufacturer is searching for a scientist. We are looking for someone to work directly with product development and ingredient evaluations that meet functional, texture and cost needs of customers. This person will manage project work in lab in accordance to customer standards.
- Development and maintaining project work
- formulations, labeling, specifications
- Determining and performance of testing needed for new items.
- You must be able to follow projects from laboratory bench level through production.
- Bachelor's Degree in food science or other biological science.
- Self motivation, can multi task
- Accuracy in formulation and calculations
- Organized documentation
- Efficient in Project Management
