Our Client is seeking an HR Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Earn $35.00 per hour at this full-time temporary position.  Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Job Summary:

The HRIS Systems Analyst coordinates with the team to ensure that the HR Information Systems (HRIS) meet the needs of the organization and understands the functionality of the system(s) and business to be able to make suggestions or enhancements.  This role will also support the HR team with various human resources initiatives including financial and data analysis, compensation and expense analysis and any other ad hoc reports requested by senior management.  A strong candidate for this type of role will possess excellent analytical skills and a thorough attention to detail, be able to collect and summarize multiple streams of data into meaningful reports and be a master user of Microsoft Excel and SQL Reporting.

Job Description:
  • Support day to day HRIS operational requests
  • Understand systems and create software solutions based on the needs of partners and system limitations
  • Act as an Administrator managing user system access and data access
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Analyze data proactively and complete request in support of HR initiatives
  • Owner of HR SharePoint site
  • Review quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, propose solutions and take action to ensure integrity in systems data and processes
  • Partner with HR end-users to understand and analyze business problems and help define solutions
  • Understand overall business objectives and priorities that demand HR solutions
  • Export applicable data out of the HRIS and provide in a format that meets partner requirements
  • Accurately enter data into the system in a timely manner
  • Provide information and advice on functionality, applicability and usability of the HRIS
  • Train users on functionality of system
  • Develop user guides for various HR applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Strong Excel, financial modeling and analytical skills which may include complex calculations
  • Experience with SQL reports
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization including senior level business partners
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information in accordance with guidelines
  • Experience with HRIS applications
  • Experience with Ultipro preferred
