About the Job

Role Summary: As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be provided with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal. You will manage key clients through day-to-day contact, seek opportunities to grow relationships and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with minimal supervision to deliver strategic objectives set forth by the Country Manager / Regional Director
  • Close significant new business opportunities
  • Drive the vertically-focused Enterprise sales plan. Qualify targets, cold call targets, secure meetings, identify opportunities, and drive contract signature and implementation
  • Establish relationships with multiple existing accounts, maintain existing revenues and identify new growth opportunities
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Project Management, and other teams to ensure projects sold are delivered without delay, avoiding billing and revenue delays
  • Establish and build relationships with Sybase business partners to leverage additional sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years progressive online sales experience
  • 2+ years’ experience calling on online advertisers
  • Agency Background is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers and agencies
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
  • Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value - not price
  • Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting and campaign optimization
  • Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
  • Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base
