Daybreak is looking for social service professionals with dynamic energy and demonstrated experience empowering high risk youth to achieve their optimal well-being.
The full-time position will work 2nd shift Monday-Friday, 3p-11p.
Life Skills Specialists mentor clients, teaching them basic life skills (cleaning, cooking, parenting, etc.), conducting group or individual recreational and life skills sessions. They will get involved with clients and help them manage their schedules and assign tasks as needed.
Duties also include maintaining inventory levels for pantry items and apartment supplies, weekly apartment inspections, furnishing apartments and coordinating client moves.
Must have at least an AA degree in human services and 2 years youth serving experience, or BA.
