The Senior Analyst will support in meeting NAITOs mission requirements for aviation intelligence integration and fulfilling the Director of National Intelligence’s (DNI) responsibilities as directed in NSPD-47/HSPD-16, the framework established by the National Strategy for Aviation Security (NSAS) its supporting plans, and the Aviation Intelligence Integration Plan (AI2P).
These responsibilities include promulgating policy and guidance for Global Air Domain intelligence; developing, sustaining, and strengthening a unified Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise that supports Federal, state, regional, local, tribal, territorial and private sector entities; coordinating with Federal, State, local, Tribal, territorial, private sector and international partners, to promote a seamless intelligence enterprise architecture; defining, creating and propagating the business rules, policies, and technical standards for an IC enterprise environment for information sharing and intelligence integration; overseeing National Intelligence Program activities that support Aviation Intelligence; overseeing relationships with foreign intelligence services which provide intelligence relevant to threats in the Air Domain; leveraging collection capabilities and employing innovative analytic methodologies; and developing and employing effective counterintelligence measures to provide policymakers, operators with insights about the capabilities and intent of terrorist groups, state and non-state actors, and criminal elements that may threaten and/or use the Air Domain against U.S. interests
Demonstrated experience within the Civil or DoD Aviation industry and intelligence field. At a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical field.
Required Clearance: TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance is required.
