RESIDENCE MANAGER-A management position with direct care responsibilities. $40K. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Positions available in Chelmsford, Dorchester or Westborough.
QUALIFICATIONS: A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. A minimum of one year of working in a residential setting with similar population and ISP experience is required. Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. Good written and verbal skills are essential. Must be able to pass the Medication Certification Training in English. This position includes direct care in essential programs for the individuals. These essential programs may include lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance. CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.
