GENERAL SUMMARY:

  • Antietam Call Center is hiring! We're currently seeking to expand our staff of
    20+ Agents Due To Continued Growth In The Company.
  • Position open for Hagerstown, MD office only.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position. 2nd shift ranging from
    12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary








EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in MS Windows/Office
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Six months or more experience in a customer service (preferably), or call center
    environment
  • 35+ WPM typing
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
