Vice President of Sales at Rsam

About the Job

We seek to expand our sales team with Vice President of Sales to assume responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of sales and business development in the assigned region at Rsam. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical with entrepreneurial leadership experience and a proven record of success within information security or technology sales. This position is based in Secaucus, NJ and reports directly to the CRO.


  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed overall corporate goals and objectives
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Develop and implement creative, new approaches to grow business
  • Directly manage and develop major and critical client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
  • Manage and co-author RFx responses
  • Work with Marketing to leverage core product messaging and content  


  • Bachelor’s degree required / advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales leadership/management role, managing 5 or more direct reports
  • Held and exceeded an individual contributor sales quota, experience selling web applications or B2B technology preferred, strong closing ability
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
  • Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to be a mentor
  • General understanding of information security and/or GRC market a plus
  • Up to 40% travel may be required
  • Professional presence and ability to work with large, global customers
