Sales Operations Analyst at Rsam

About the Job


As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide general administrative support for the Sales department as well us support for all Sales reporting activities including Lead Status, Reporting, Sales activity reporting. Support updates to SalesForce.com.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Hands on administration for Rsam’s Salesforce account: ensuring data integrity, while monitoring the lead flow and compliance
  • Become closely familiar with Rsam’s business processes and cross-functional operations
  • Develop internal relationships with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, product and finance)
  • Act as the go-to Salesforce expert for the sales team – helping the team to understand the data in front of them, how to use the tools provided most efficiently and data management of Salesforce records
  • Manage business process for New orders and Renewals
  • Manage Sales Quote system, including new business, add on business and renewals
  • Sales metrics tracking and managing guidelines


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+  years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with sales organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of Cloud-based technologies, especially marketing automation tools, a plus
  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional. ‘No excuses’ attitude
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, self-motivated, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess the drive to succeed and participate in the growth of an extremely fast-paced, exciting company
