Title: HR Recruitment Coordinator
Our client is in search of a Recruitment Coordinator provides recruiting support to the Talent and Recruitment Manager and is responsible for day to day management and troubleshooting of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Basic recruiting support (e.g. post jobs, schedule interviews, reference checks, etc.)
Higher level recruiting support as needed (e.g. resume screening, phone screening, LinkedIn sourcing)
Full cycle recruiting for entry level and temporary roles as needed
New hire onboarding (e.g. drafting offer letters, compiling new hire packets, etc.)
Manage job board contracts and posting inventory
