$100/day for regular variable day subbing.
$200/day on the 16th day of a consecutive day assignment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to instruct students and facilitate their learning in accordance with corporation policies and state guidelines. Guides students in educational activities designed to promote intellectual, social, and physical growth. Teaches the essential skills that will contribute to students’ development as educated and responsible adults.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Must have a minimum of 60 college credit hours.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid IN Substitute Teaching Permit.

Application and REQUIRED Supporting Documents
Provide a complete online application.
Upload copies of official transcripts verifying at least 60 hours of college coursework into application or provide hard copy.
Submit email addresses for a minimum ofthree professionalreferences. Threesurvey responsesmust be returned to proceed with hire.
Upload copyof a valid Indiana teaching license or Indiana substitute teacher permit if it has already been obtained. Those that do not have one will be prompted to obtain it later in the process.
National Background Check
After completing all the steps in Step 1, you will be contacted by email and provided instructions on requesting the required online background check from our provider, BIB. You will beresponsible for thefee ($27.75),payable online with a personal credit or debit card.
Indiana Teaching License or Indiana Substitute Permit
A vaid Indiana teaching license or Indiana substitute permit is required to work as a substitute teacher in Indiana. If you donot hold an active Indiana teaching license, youwillapply to the Indiana Department of Education for a substitute teacher permit through EVSC. You will be provided with the instructions for applying for the permit thruemailafter approval of yournational background check. You will be responsible for the fee ($16.32), payable online with a personal credit or debit card.
After all the above steps have been completed, a finalemail will be sent to yourequesting that you attend the next scheduledorientation.Orientation sessions are held every other week. You will be required to attend an orientation prior to accepting any assignments.
