Please note that this is a 1 year contract position.
Candidate can do remote work and would need to travel sometimes to the Midwest.
•Design and implement patient access strategies that eliminate obstacles and streamline access.
•Field travel with sales team members and account visits.
•Sales travel to understand the business and provide education on patient access/reimbursement issues.
•Account visits to assist with payer issues that limit access.
•Cultivate relationships with account decision makers.
•Collaborate and strategize with marketing and sales teams in relation to patient access/reimbursement issues.
•Develop and maintain a network of key thought leaders (e.g., specialty societies, key accounts, key customers).
•Provide education and consultation to executive staff and employees on patient access issues and trends which include recommendations for action.
•Assist with the development of tools that can be utilized by the managed care team and field sales team.
•Liaison with customers (hospital/physician) to streamline access.
•Assist in gaining positive medical policies as directed.
•Increase in Reimbursement portal utilization metrics for support area.
•Increase in reimbursement portal approval metrics for support area.
•Decrease in reimbursement portal loses and cancellation metrics for support area.
