Seeking a Business Analyst for a project team. The position reports directly to the head of the Office. Main tasks will include but are not limited to performing detailed analysis and documenting processes, as well as helping to establish and continuously monitor, trend and analyze the organizational operational metrics for a Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) group. The Candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking.
Business Analyst Responsibilities May Include:
Conducting queries and running reports from system databases. Analyzing data, verifying data quality, and creating reports. Developing organizational scorecards and dashboards. Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and proposing solutions. Must be able to effectively document and communicate results, insights, and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Will gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports. Will work closely with clients and managerial staff. Will update, implement, and maintain procedures. Will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Key skills and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree and experience working in a matrixed environment is required, with additional work experience as a business analyst or a related field. Understanding regulatory processes and data is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Must be proficient with MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share point), and have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Must have solid organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Must be able adaptable and have an ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
