About the position
Under the direction of the Controller, the AP Specialist, will be involved in a wide range of accounting activities including: detailed data entry, vendor inquiries, discrepancy resolution, vendor account reconciliation, and customer contact. This position requires a very organized, hands-on and detailed person that enjoys teamwork and working with other departments.
- High School diploma required, AA degree a plus in Accounting or Business.
- 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must have excellent Excel skills including formulas, exporting and importing data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to reach goals and meet deadlines
