The Accounts Receivable Representative supports the Senior Manager of Revenue Process in fulfilling the mission of CCA and UPHS. The AR Rep provides support to CCA staff in regards to PennChart and operational system tools required to perform daily tasks and well as special projects as deemed necessary by management. CCA employees are expected to support the goals and mission of CCA and the Health System in commitment to providing all patients access to high quality care, service and value.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in physician billing or healthcare industry. EPIC Ambulatory Practice Management background preferred.
Position requires superior initiative and judgment. The Accounts Receivable Representative assists the Senior Manager of Revenue Process in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of highest quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial and operational targets. Proven analytical and organizational ability as well as professional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision at a high level of productivity. Must have ability to work with scheduled deadlines, be flexible and willing to assume responsibility for completing assignments accurately. Must be cooperative, aggressive, articulate and mature. Must have a good command of the English language.
