A Top Tier Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Firm based in Northern New Jersey (approx. 45 minutes from Manhattan) is seeking highly motivated, creative, and confident Sales and Recruiting Professionals to help source Healthcare Professionals for Healthcare clients throughout the United States!
This is an excellent long-term growth opportunity that will enable those with an interest and/or experience in Healthcare Recruiting to develop new candidate and client relationships and to eventually have the opportunity to take ownership of a “book of client business”.
•Leverage off of past recruiting and/or sales experience as well as Healthcare industry training (provided on-site) to help source Healthcare Professional candidates which may include M.D.’s, D.O.’s, N.P.’s, P.A.’s, R.N.’s, L.P.N.’s, and home health aides
•Maintain an organized “flow” of candidate activity. In other words, learn to manage and oversee the full recruiting process which may include: on-boarding candidates, introducing candidates to open positions, preparing candidate presentations, preparing candidates for interviews, and assisting with required administrative tasks (e.g. follow up with our Credentialing Team to determine when new hires are allowed to start.)
•Identify new business leads including potential Healthcare network clients (e.g. hospitals, specialty treatment centers, government facilities, etc.) for client Account Managers and help identify Healthcare candidates that client Account Managers may introduce to (both new and existing clients) clients
•Set and reach obtainable sales goals in order to improve personal performance as well as to increase personal and company-wide earnings
•Must have at least 1+ year of Recruiting (any industry) and/or Sales experience
•Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, who is able to develop a recruiting “plan of attack” without much direction
•Highly organized professional who can manage a large roster of candidates are various stages of the recruiting process
•Strong written and oral communication skills as effective communications with co-workers and clients is imperative to the success of this business
•Able to participate (as needed) in Trade Conferences*, Seminars, and Client-hosted events
*some travel may be required
