Account Manager - Automotive
Our client, an $800 Million supplier of metal components to automotive and other industrial customers, is searching for an Account Manager to work closely with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers. The company is a tier one producer of metal components for transmission, engine, and suspension applications. They are a recognized leader in their product lines in North America and internationally and clear technology leader in their manufacturing processes.
The position will work within their North American automotive sales group representing this well-known, profitable, growing manufacturer calling on major tier one and OEM customers.
This is a new position due to growth.
2-5 years’ experience in an automotive component sales environment.
Experience calling on automotive OEM or major tier suppliers.
Establish new business development strategies and further existing customer penetration.
Bachelor’s Degree required, technical degree or business preferred.
A technical knowledge of various metal manufacturing processes ideal but not required.
This position will be well compensated with a competitive base salary, company vehicle, and consistently paid bonus in the 11-15% range.
