The State University Construction Fund (Fund) is seeking an individual to perform a variety of general accounting, financial, and administrative duties for both operating and capital activity. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance of financial and managerial accounting related records and assist in the preparation of the Fund’s financial statements and statutory reports.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of accounting experience is required. Additional consideration will be given for prior work experience in a comparable position or for additional related credentials, such as a Master’s degree. A CPA license is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear and concise format. The ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion in matters of confidentiality. Strong supervisory skills. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. Strong accounting and information technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
