Green Key Resources is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a firm located in Wilmington, DE!
This is at least a 3 month temporary assignment.
Answer inquiries about payments.
Assist in the compilation and filing
Coordinate with the department that initiated the purchase.
Initiate payment process in the accounting system
Keep accounting / invoices files up-to-date.
Perform data entry of invoices
Perform follow-up actions and resolve discrepancies for invoice payment issues.
Review and recording of expense reports
Review invoices for accuracy
Verify coding on invoices is accurate prior to data entry.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of related work experience.
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, MS Dynamics SL and/or other accounting software.
Good analytical and problem solving capability.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
