Accounting Manager for an established and respected Healthcare company in the downtown area is needed to lead and support team. Must have prior experience managing individuals by setting goals to develop team, improve operations, and train to requirements of positions within group. The manager will be responsible for cash flow management.
The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily operations of the accounting team, including; accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, payroll, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset activity, cash forecasting and month end/year end closing procedures.
Prior experience monitoring internal and external controls to improve operations and procedures would a plus and will be essential responsibilities in this role. The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and Human Resources Director in accordance with job duties and responsibilities in this role.

Salary will be based upon experience and proven ability in previous role and between $70- $75K.
