MANDEX, Inc. a government contractor in Fairfax, VA has an immediate opening for an entry level accounts payable clerk position at the corporate office. Preferred candidates will have some experience with Deltek Costpoint. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including parking.
1) Reviewing, coding and processing accounts payable vouchers and employee expense reports;
2) Issuing weekly vendor checks and preparing the monthly employee expense report direct payment file;
3) Handling vendor inquiries;
4) Working with the Purchasing Department to resolve any vendor invoice issues;
5) Assisting the Payroll Manager with payroll processing and distribution;
6) Preparing the annual 1099 filings; and,
7) Performing other office duties as assigned to support the corporate office.
1) Minimum of a high school education;
2) Minimum of 1-2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably with a government contractor;
3) Working knowledge of Excel and Word;
4) Candidates must have experience with Deltek Costpoint.
