Our client is looking for a Temporary Assistant to help out with event invitations
Our client is a privately held financial software data and media company that is based in New York City. They provide market and business news, data, analytics to the world through multiple platforms. This position will be in their South Brunswick (Dayton), New Jersey Office. This is a one-week position assisting with event preparation.
- Preparing invitations for guests and attendees
- Placing invitations and stamps in envelopes
- Mailing invitations prior to event date
- Responding to RSVP's
- Providing office and administrative support as needed
- Must be able June 11th - June 15th 2018
- Must be able to work in South Brunswick (Dayton, NJ)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven written and writing skills
- No prior experience is necessary
