Our client, a well-known and reputable professional services firm, is seeking a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant to join their Harrisburg office! This individual will be supporting a small, but dynamic team, with various tasks including coordinating meetings and calendars, and assisting in special projects as needed. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with a can-do attitude!
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a professional administrative setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
