Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a administrative assistant position working for our client in the oil and gas industry. This is a temporary to hire position working in a fast paced environment serving as a back up support for the receptionist during breaks/lunches, the Office Manager, HR Director and accounting.
- Assists with calendar coordination for candidate interviews
- Provide support for company events & meetings to include: calendaring the event, placing a catering order, ensuring conference rooms or other are prepared for the events
- Serves as a back up for the receptionist during lunches, breaks and time off
- Ensure office supplies are at acceptable levels and assists with placing inventory orders
- Assist with booking travel
- Mails invoices/manages incoming mail for accounting
- Other projects as assigned
- 3+ years of professional office experience
- Associated Degree, preferred
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Experience with Word, Excel, PP
- Must meeting background check and drug testing requirements
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Parking: Company Paid
- Starting Pay: $21.63, could pay higher based on experience
