Part-Time Administrative Assistant
It's said, “There's no second chance to make a first impression.” As our highly visible Administrative Assistant, you'll be our first impression, the voice of our organization to those calling on the phone and the face of the company to those visiting our office. We believe every call and visitor is of the utmost importance and should be treated with promptness to ensure they are quickly directed to the best team member who can assist. This job is about more than answering phones and being friendly; your initiative and organizational skills will keep us running at top performance, while your enthusiasm and ideas will shape the environment in which we all work.
This part-time role requires you to work 25-30 hours per week and we expect you to work Monday–Friday, 5-6 hours per day. We will rely on you to be at the work location, a 436 unit property at 63rd and Memorial, by 9:00 AM each morning.
In this role, you will schedule appointments, provide information to callers, and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail. Utilizing your arsenal of skills and talents, you will effectively perform the following duties:
