" Planning, supervising, and controlling all phases of the firm's regular services
" Project, plan and oversee the timing of workloads to promote the most efficient utilization of staff.
" Experience executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation
" Lead the decision-making process for assigned engagements/clients; keep the engagement principal fully informed of major decisions, engagement progress, the client's needs, and potential problems.
" Demonstrated ability to interact with others, to motivate and grow staff, providing on the job training and direct consultation, evaluating staff performance, and acting as an instructor or discussion leader in professional development programs.
" Ability to manage client relationships, delivering excellent client service and developing new business.
" Prepared and managed client engagement budgets with fees
" Meaningful involvement in industry associations, including board and committee leadership.
" Exemplary technical / accounting skills coupled with sharp problem solving and business management competencies
" Established strong relationships with corporate and business unit leaders including CEOs, CFOs and CAOs to facilitate a deeper understanding and consensus around business objectives
" Core industry experience preferred: Privately held companies, Government, Commercial and Financial services, Construction, Tax, Retail, etc.
" Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
" Must be able to lead team, develop staff and "go into the market place
" Must have an active CPA licensure
" Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience providing audits, review and compilations
" Advanced technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax preferred
" Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation cost principles and Cost Accounting Standards
