Major manufacturing company in Shakopee, Minnesota, is looking for experienced B2B Customer Service professionals with Bachelor's degrees, strong interpersonal skills, and SAP experience.
As a member of the client’s Customer Service Process Support Team, you will act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to help with such processes as product returns, new account setup, tracking orders and sample requests, and answering questions about products and services as required.
Requirements for this job:
Bachelor’s degree - business, marketing, or a technical discipline preferred, but other degrees will be considered
>> Those pursuing a Bachelor's degree would be considered as well
Previous experience in a B2B customer-oriented environment utilizing computer skills is required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email applications, and databases
Experience with an ERP system - SAP preferred
This is a full time, long term contract position, with opportunity for direct hire for the right person.
