Headway Workforce Solutions is screening applicants for an immediate 6 month contract position to assist with administrative tasks as well as light bookkeeping / record-keeping.
Hours will be 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
- Review and audit files for proper paperwork
- Document all interactions with customers
- Perform administrative support
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word
- Data entry
- Assist with auditing escrow accounts
- Previous banking or operations experience helpful but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Must excel in offering superior customer service
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm required
Salary $12.00 per hour
