Troubleshooting computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook/Office.
Providing technical assistance to computer system users via telephone in multiple technologies or environments .
Answering questions and resolving computer problems.
Assisting with issues concerning use of computer hardware and software, printing, installing, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Managing problem resolutions and troubleshooting complex problems for end user support in voice and corporate applications.
Analyzing and reporting on specific system application performance, analyzing and documenting business functions, analyzing tests and implementing the solutions.
