Nesco Resource is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of branch administrator to join are a busy team in Rochester, NY. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader! This position provides a variety of administrative support to the Branch Manager and Staffing team including contacting prospective candidates, guiding each through the application process and scheduling an appointment to meet with our in-office recruiters. Additional duties would include data entry, conversion of paper application to a digital version, making quality control calls to current employees and assisting with branch payroll process.
Ideal candidates must be proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Professional demeanor and positive attitude are essential.
