PositionDescription Position Title: BranchAdministrator Reports To: Branch Manager Summary of Position Provide a variety of administrative support to the Branch Manager and Staffing team including answering phones, greeting walk-in applicants, processing resumes and applications, reference checking, drug testing, payroll, unemployment, Worker's Compensation and any other administrative support requested by Manager and Staff. PrimaryResponsibilities Data-entry and administrative functions to include digitally converting paper applications, managing a schedule, handling customer/applicant walk-ins First contact of the office as the primary person responsible for handling phones and greeting visitors Interface with customers on setting up interviews, confirming new starts, continuous quality control calls, etc... Perform functions related to Payroll, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, etc as requested by Branch Manager and Staffing Team Assist in checking references, perform background checks on applicants and initiate drug tests Keep track of all applications and files and maintain documentation Complies with all Company safety guidelines and processes. Reports known safety issues, including near misses, accidents and potential concerns to the appropriate supervisor or member of the risk department Successful Candidate Attributes: High School education or GED Strong administrative and computerskills,specifically data-entry Receptive to working, learning, and growing with a team of peers Must present a professional image at all times Strong customer service skills and business ethics Excellent organizational and time managementskills Excellent written and verbal communication skills ADA Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws Able to operate various pieces of office equipment including but not limited to computer, keyboard, mouse, calculator, copier and phones as required by position Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills Must be able to operate well in a team environment Must be able to sit at a desk or stand for extended periods of time Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, able to handle multiple problems simultaneously Exempt Status: Non-exempt Disclaimer: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.
