In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for the internal sales and daily operations of the branch. The Branch Manager will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service in accordance with the Bank's Core Values. This incumbent will manage, coach and lead a team to execute all operational, service, sales and community initiatives as outlined by corporate policies/procedures and branch goals. The Branch Manager will serve as the face of Investors from identifying customer needs to providing world class products and services in an honest and straightforward manner.
Identifies, develops, and closes sales; applies selling techniques to generate product interest; actively cross-sells products/services; Develops and communicates strategies to enable branch to achieve sales/deposit goals.Excels in the acquisition of new customer relationships through referral and internal opportunities. Ability to retain and grow existing customers into profitable relationships. Maintains current tracking of referral & campaign goals. Leads staff by continuously demonstrating and applying knowledge and proficiency with the Bank's products, services, policies and procedures. Provides continuous coaching on selling techniques.
Manages daily cash & ATM proof. Investigates, resolves and reports out of balance transactions. Manages vault controls to include cash orders, shipment verification and vault logs. Ensures customer transactions are completed accurately and records of all transactions are maintained according to the Bank's policies and procedures. Cultivate internal partnerships to ensure effective execution of branch operations and sales efforts.Opens and closes the branch and conducts security inspection of branch grounds. Plays an active role in monthly branch audits and security reports to ensure satisfactory audit results. Build and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional customer service as defined by Investor's Retail Playbook. Maintains and develops working relationships by effectively responding to customer needs, resolving inquiries/ complaints in a positive, professional and timely manner as outlined in Bank policies and procedures.
* Works to ensure the growth of assigned branch, providing strategic leadership and direction to branch team with emphasis on production, growth, and profitability of branch office; Provide continuous coaching on selling techniques; Process appropriate transactions; Perform appropriate account maintenance; Perform appropriate analysis and reporting; Use reports to maximize performance; Create and submit reports to management.
Actively supports the Bank's community related initiatives in an effort to continue building the brand in all segments of the communities we serve.

This position supervises Universal Bankers, CSAS, ACSAS and CSA positions
* High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of comparable Retail experience. Supervisory experience and strong operational knowledge. Demonstrated leadership abilities, superior verbal and written communication skills, are required.This position requires a willingness to travel to other locations, as well as adapt to various schedule changes that include evenings, weekend, lunch and/or breaks.
* College degree preferred, but not required. Proficient in all systems, including a variety of Fiserv applications, ADP, and the Intranet, necessary to perform required duties. Examples include, but not limited to: Possessing appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage client relationships; and Reporting through CRM.
