Home Paramount Pest Control is seeking to hire a Branch/Office Administrator for our Sterling, VAbranch.
As a Branch/Office Administrator you day to day duties will consist of but may not be limited to:
- Take incoming calls from current and potential customers
- Schedule services for customers
- Investigate complaints and resolve problems
- Create and update accounts
- Ensure paperwork complies with company policies and protocols
- Maintain branch records and files
- Request and maintain existing supplies and equipment
- Daily communication with branch personnel
- Apply payments to customers accounts
- Contact customers who are past due
- General office duties that apply
As a Branch/Office Administrator we require you to have the following:
- Office Administrative experience a must.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Results Driven, Quality Focus, Attention to Detail, Good Judgment
- Customer Service focused
- Writing and Reporting Skills
