Position: Analyst, Marketing M&A Operations

In this role you will support M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) for Marketing in driving strategic programs focused on fueling acquired company revenue growth. You will service stakeholders across Marketing to intake and execute on program requests, which are critical to Marketing success.
You are a critical thinker who seeks to understand the business objectives as part of the request before jumping into action. As a Salesforce CRM and data expert, you have experience analyzing multi-faceted data sets to draw insights and provide operational support and guide Marketing teams. You have excellent communication skills, high energy and willingness to pitch in with various tasks to ensure the programs are successful and targets are achieved.

Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand, intake, and execute requests that are part of the strategic marketing initiatives/programs
Generate reports, analyze data, import/export data sets, and tag to appropriate campaigns with Salesforce CRM
Provide operational support and recommendations to Marketing stakeholders
Track program success and maintain reports/dashboards associated with program
Continually evaluate and provide recommendations to improve program processes
Create ad-hoc presentations and write stakeholder communication regarding program and success as necessary
Coordinate and align efforts across different teams and adjust to changes in direction as needed.
2-3 years of experience, preferraby in Marketing Operations at high-growth organizations
Experience working in Salesforce CRM, particularly Leads/Contacts/Campaigns/Account objects
Experience generating reports, importing/exporting data, and analyzing data sets
Analytical with the ability to solve multi-faceted business problems
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent at oral and written communications
High attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Works well under pressure and in an ambiguous environment
Experience with Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
