Support the IHC Risk IT Day 2 activities
Develop project onboarding documentation for architecture, functional and IT review
Drive discussions with key stakeholders (Finance and Risk)
Provide timely status updates to management
Support the functions’ US Target Operating Model
Document current state organization and process
Document current state data flows and technology footprint
Develop understanding of inflight projects and key initiatives
Identify gaps and develop target state
Develop an IT roadmap for each function and applicable platforms
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information
Collaborate across application development and technology teams within IT to ensure that business requirements are fully understood.
Creating and Monitoring detailed project plans
Strong understanding of banking products including derivatives and securitization. Experience in a Financial Risk team is a plus. Good understanding of US Basel III rules
Strong understanding of financial and non-financial risk and applicable US regulations.
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in determining current state / future state analysis
Experience using business analysis tools such as data flow diagrams, and business process modelling.
Experience developing functional or application architecture diagrams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Technical certifications a plus
