Lyneer Staffing Solutions is a well established staffing company that has grown into a powerhouse workforce solutions firm. Lyneer has been in business for over 20 years and now has over 150 locations. We are rapidly growing in the Columbus, Ohio area and hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand our business.
This position requires a self starter to develop and maintain a sales territory to increase top line revenue and bottom line results. Must be business savvy and excel at cold calling, generating leads and closing business deals. You must possess a strong passion for sales. Our commission structure will offer you a high earnings potential. Previous staffing experience a plus but not required.
· Minimum 1-2 years outside business to business sales experience required
· Demonstrate excellent negotiating skills
· Demonstrate experience in selling strategic sales solutions
· Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources is a plus
· Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
· Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
The responsibilities of a BDM include (but are not limited to):Generating new business based on cold calls and leads, Meeting with prospective clients to identify their needs, Negotiating business terms and establishing relationships,Tracking sales activities
