May perform one or more of the following:
- Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls, serve as a key contact to end users or customers using or selling any product, May solicit orders for merchandise or services over the phone.
- May be involved in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via telephone or e-mail and ensure all follow through necessary is done.
- Work experience or education in a particular field may be helpful or required.
- Prior call center/helpdesk experience is preferred.
