This position demands product knowledge of the Advisory Business in order to provide proper guidance and assistance to our Business Partners. Broker/Dealer experience is preferred but not required. Works very closely with the CPB Finance group and provides fee revenue details that aid in revenue forecasting or research. .Provide Strong relationship with Product Management team - strategize together to work on enhancing policies. Project work as needed such as global fee billing reviews or strategizing to reduce manual touch points
Provides complex fee analysis for various managed accounts based on information provided by Investment Counselors and Bankers.
Work with the Business to provide training and tools that will aid to reduce Manual Touch Points in various functions.
Reviews and provides advice on new product/program initiatives. Sets procedures and policies for functions managed including timeframes and standards.
Establishes appropriate vendor oversight to ensure accuracy, completeness and system integrity.
Manages complex fee billing remediation projects including household analysis, perform revenue analysis for Bankers, Finance and Investment Counselors, provide "what if" scenarios for Bankers to aid in client negotiations, perform contract review and other document review for research and analytical purposes.
Engage in Management Control Assessments for various processes in Advisory Support and Investment Operations that conform to various CGMI policies.
? High School diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Securities operations and broker/dealer experience preferable but not required
? Strong PC skills and systems aptitude to include working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel (vlookups, pivot table and other excel skills required), Word and Outlook)
