We're looking for a registered nurse who's ready for a leadership role, wants to set their own schedule and coach a team of clinicians. Come join our growing home health agency by becoming a heath care manager (also known as a clinical services manager). You'll supervise nurses and therapists who are focused on providing high quality care, including rehabilitation and therapy to seniors. Through mentorship, case management and training you'll ensure the needs of our home care patients and staff are being met. You'll go home each day knowing you've made a difference in the lives of our patients.

Preferred skills and qualifications:
* Valid RN license within practice state
* Medicare HC experience and competency in federal and local standards.
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Basic level computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
