RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Computer Ops/Help Desk Level 1 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois (IL).
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat
- Address potential risks and assist security policies
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise users on appropriate technical actions
- Log all agent tasks and interactions in the internal ticketing system
- Administer Active Directory accounts and groups
- Document and solve/escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution Track and route common problems and document detailed resolutions through an internal knowledge article database
- Experience responding to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat and addressing risks and assisting with security policies
