We are looking for multi-talented individuals with excellent client relation skills, management, communication, and computer skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 – 10 years’ construction experience working in occupied, sensitive environments. A BS in Engineering or Construction Management is required. Knowledge of Procore Software a plus. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall administrative and technical direction of the construction project. Responsibilities include conducting the weekly coordination and owners meeting, scheduling, maintaining the contract documents, project coordination, shop drawings, product submittals, change management and pricing.
