- Review and investigate consumer disputes and respond to the consumer reporting agencies.
- We want you to remain up-to-date on the credit bureau industry knowledge and of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations. To help you achieve your potential, we will provide initial and ongoing training to become an expert.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Yes, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. If you have worked in the credit industry or with consumer credit reports, even better. The quicker you’ll get up to speed.
Attention to detail is very important and having an analytical mindset while reviewing and investigating disputes is how you will succeed. Problem-solving skills are well regarded around here.
