ABOUT THE JOB The Consumer Financing CRM Specialist delivers CRM and database strategy for IKEA financing program that identifies ways of identifying and reaching high-value consumers segments and continuously feeds the organization with insights. The Consumer Financing CRM Specialist is responsible for growing and managing customer loyalty through two financing products.
Your tasks will include:
Prepares and executes direct-to-consumer programs for IKEA Financing. Ensures alignment with the IKEA FAMILY loyalty program.
Delivers best-in-class, differentiated marketing activities that support the ability to drive strong, mutually beneficial growth in New Accounts, Credit Sales and Tender Share for the credit program.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to plan credit marketing strategy. Facilitates a comprehensive CRM strategy that markets the credit program across multiple channels including email, social media, web, signage, direct mail, etc. Secures internal support for credit integration into existing marketing strategies where appropriate. Adopts a test and learn approach to produce a high performing strategy.
Serves as the primary point of contact with respect to the marketing of the credit program and facilitates strategies and decision-making in collaboration with the credit provider’s marketing team and internal leadership. Works closely with the credit provider and internal partners to support the enhancement of the credit program’s competitive position and maximize profitability.
Partners with Bank Program Manager, Finance Program Leader, CRM Agency and Business Intelligence to analyze results and marketing program performance. Identifies trends and key opportunities to drive sales, loyalty and profitability through effective acquisition and retention strategies. Monitors the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data-driven insights.
Maintains strong relationships with internal partners and external partners including Bank Program Manager, Finance Program Leader, vendors, and external credit marketing contacts. Ensures marketing programs are executed timely and flawlessly. Owns daily tasks associated with maintaining the credit marketing calendar and initiatives.
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
3 years experience in building marketing roadmaps and strategies
Bachelors degree in marketing, finance or equivalent
Retail experience preferred
