RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Contracts Administrator in Murray Hill, New Jersey (NJ).
This customer delivery position owns the asset return process end to end. They are the face to the customer and is responsible to ensure the customers return process is managed effectively and efficiently. They attend to customers' asset return queries, collaborate with internal partners and team members to ensure end to end returns are completed within assigned metric. They will be responsible for asset returns reconciliation as well.
- First level university degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically, 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in leasing, financial services and customer service
- Strong Excel and communication (verbal and written) skills necessary
