SR. Pricing Analyst
3+ years of experience with federal government contract pricing required
5+ years of experience with pricing, accounting, finance, or contracting required
Experience with Microsoft Excel and modeling in Excel
Experience with professional services or systems development proposals
Experience in a consulting services environment or estimating and price to win
Experience with FAR, the government acquisition process, and the difference between cost and price
Experience developing cost proposals for submission to government agencies, coordinating with Contracts and Program Business Support.
Experience in performing market salary analyses and developed cost proposals for submission to government agencies, coordinating with Contracts, Operations, Strategy and Growth, and Capture departments.
Experience implementing adaptive Excel-based solutions using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for cost models (Hybrid, FFP, Cost Plus, T&M) in order to run various impact analyses of pricing strategies while mitigating financial risk.
Experience providing counsel on pricing-related subcontractor negotiations.
Experience determining labor, material, travel, and/or indirect costs relating to pricing efforts on government subcontracts
Ability to work flexible hours in a deadline driven environment
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree Required

The Senior Pricing Analyst to join our talented, dynamic team.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
Determines labor, material, travel, and/or indirect costs relating to pricing efforts
Estimates labor and material costs based on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by prospective customers
Collect cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors
Compute cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor
Create detailed pricing models using Excel for cost estimating elements
Facilitate pricing reviews and provide pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams to ensure that pricing strategy is completed in accordance with disclosure statements
Prepare price submission using Excel templates and cost proposal narrative with supporting schedules and documentation for submission
Remain current on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ and Time and Materials (T&M), and familiarity with a diverse range of customers including, federal and DoD
Provide pricing support to wide variety of simple to complex cost proposals and lead analysts in support of proposals
Support analyses, estimating, and strategy development for high visibility procurements while ensuring compliance with the firm estimating systems
Design, develop, and prepare cost models and cost narratives or proposals and provide guidance and council on all aspects of proposal preparation, including estimating, price point and market wage analyses, RFP analysis, FAR, CAS, disclosure and compliance issues, terms, pricing strategies, business risks, and cost proposal content
