Beacon Hill Financial is currently seeking candidates for a temp to hire Corporate IT Recruiter job in St. Louis, MO. Candidates for the Corporate IT Recruiter position will be responsible for the following:
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods
- Track and communicate updates to management
- Facilitate on-boarding (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, etc)
- Work with Managers and Supervisors in order to understand hiring needs
Requirements for the Corporate IT Recruiter Job are as follows:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least three years of recent experience as a Corporate IT Recruiter
- Strong computer skills
