Rapidly growing software company in the Back Bay area is seeking a Corporate Recruiter. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisitions, this is a newly created role that will focus on the full cycle recruiting process for the organization, specifically for candidates within the tech and sales fields.
Specific responsibilities are to include:
- Utilizing effective and creative methods to source for open positions
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Developing relationships and building trust with hiring managers in order to determine hiring needs
- Conducting the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to acceptance
- Coordinating interview process with internal decision makers
- Updating and maintaining candidate and employee data within the business system
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with recruiting sales and tech professionals; previous recruiting experience within a software environment specifically is desired.
Pay is dependent upon experience, with a target range of 90 - 100k + bonus.
