The Creative Lead will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work with Brand and cross-channel leaders to meet creative, marketing, brand, and business objectives. This is a multi-channel role, requiring diverse experience with retail store visuals, direct mail, digital experiences, social media, packaging and branding. Key areas of responsibilities include the development of creative concepts for print and digital, seasonal and brand campaigns for both internal and consumer audiences.
This position is a part of the Creative Services team that supports all brands. It is very hands on with leadership responsibilities include mentoring and guiding both small and large teams of designers and copywriters. The Creative Lead is the brand ambassador for the brand and is instrumental in continually shaping and evolving the brand.
You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to operate at any level if necessary. You can read between the lines of a creative brief; push beyond the ask to build trust and foster solutions with creative team and business partners. Appear cool under pressure, listen and seek to understand before taking action, work collaboratively and have great presentation skills.
•Manage and mentor a creative team of 2 - 10 people
•Display leadership and inspire teams by providing and promoting excellent quality of work, creative exploration and innovation

Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
•Minimum of 8 years of experience as a designer for consumer brands and campaigns in an agency or in-house creative department
•Preference for work on premium brands
•A portfolio displaying exceptional strategic, conceptual, and visual design
•Efficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Excel
•Experience in retail branding
